The hybrid Vento Jacket for women is made from our soft AlpineWool® material, whose merino wool comes from mountain sheep, as well as Tencel™-Lyocell fibers. Just like the merino fibre, Tencel™ has odour-neutralizing properties and the natural fibre is obtained from the renewable raw material wood in an environmentally friendly process. Due to its smooth fiber surface with high evaporation properties, it is characterized by excellent moisture management. The merino woolblend has also been reinforced with polyamidefibers for even greater durability and longevity. The wind jacket has an athletic cut and has been specially designed with a longer back section to meet the requirements of bike tours. The sleeves are also cut extra long so that the wrist remains well protected even when biking . The lightweight wind jacket for women has also been designed using the so-called body mapping principle, in which different materials are positioned on different parts of the body to achieve the best possible functionality. In the front, we use a wind-repellent yet breathable nylonTencel™ insert that keeps you warm even on fast descents. When it comes to features, we have focused on the essentials: the jacket has a zipped rear pocket, a full-length front zipper and a high collar that protects against the wind. For additional visibility, coral red neonreflective strips are used to reflect the light of car headlights in the dark.
