A PFC-free durably waterproof, windproof and breathable GORE-TEX® shell jacket combined with a zip-in inner jacket with TirolWool® Responsive fill. The jacket's name refers to the Stelvio National Park(Italian: Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio) in northeastern Italy, which impresses visitors with its high mountains and wild valleys. High-performance insulation The soft GORE-TEX® fabric is reminiscent of poplin with a woven look and a comfortable loose-knit lining. For colder days, the zip-in inner jacket has a lightweight TirolWool® Responsive (100 g) fill that naturally warms you and improves thermal regulation. Our TirolWool® comes from mountain sheep in South Tyrol and the Austrian Tyrol, where their wool has been used to make warm clothing for many centuries. And Responsive is Salewa's proprietary innovative synthetic fiber insulation material enriched with thermoreactive minerals. These minerals absorb and release the body's infrared energy, keeping you comfortable longer. Functional details include a full-zip front with a full-length wind flap, taped seams, and Velcro adjustable flat cuffs. In addition, you can lock out cold wind with the drawstring stoppers at the hood and hem. The athletic fit and ergonomic crotch provide unrestricted freedom of movement without the hem riding up. Other details include an easily adjustable hood with integrated collar that protects you without restricting your vision, and two zippered flap pockets.
