Away from the busy slopes of the mighty Sella Massif in the heart of the Dolomites lies a complex network of slopes, gorges, and snowfields that offer a range of ski touring routes through remote and breathtaking terrain. The Sella Durastretch Light Pants were designed for fast female ski tourers looking for lightweight, breathable softshell performance. Our 188-gram Durastretch fabric (66% polyamide, 23% polyester, 11% spandex) offers the durability of a winter-proof fabric while still guaranteeing dynamic breathability and full freedom of movement. In addition, the pre-shaped knees and leg gussets ensure excellent mobility—so you can always keep moving at a brisk pace! The pants feature a snug, athletic fit, a flat waistband with an integrated drawcord that’s easy to adjust even under a climbing harness, and two zippered pockets. They also offer additional protection thanks to generous edge and crampon protection and a snow skirt. The elastic cuffs with internal silicone grippers and the zippers at the bottom of the legs ensure a secure fit over both mountaineering boots and ski touring boots. The Sella Durastretch Light pants are a Salewa Committed model—they meet strict, independently verified environmental and social standards and also feature a PFC-free DWRcoating that maintains breathability by preventing the fabric from becoming saturated with moisture. How to measure
- 1. Height:Stand up straight with your feet and back against a wall. Place a flat object (e.g. book) on your head and hold it horizontally against the wall. Now you can measure from the bottom edge of the object to the floor.
- 2. Waist:Measured the waist circumference below the navel. The measuring tape should not constrict the belly keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 3. Hips:Measure the hips circumference at the fullest part of the seat keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 4. Inseam length:Measured on the inside of the leg from the crotch to below the ankle.
