The Puez Catinaccio 2 TWR HD Jacket W by Salewa is a highly functional women's jacket inspired by the majestic Catinaccio group in the Dolomites. This lightweight insulation jacket is ideal for hiking and trekking adventures and combines the warming properties of natural TirolWool® with the innovative, thermo-regulating Responsive insulation. TirolWool®, obtained from Tyrolean mountain sheep, offers excellent thermal properties, even when wet, thanks to its high lanolin content. This is complemented by Responsive technology, which uses thermoreactive minerals to recycle the far-infrared energy radiated by the body and slowly release it again, ensuring lasting warmth.
The jacket can be worn as an insulating layer or mid-layer and is equipped with a full-length front zipper, which is protected by a windproof placket to effectively keep out draughts. The high collar, which reaches up to the chin, offers additional protection against harsh weather conditions in the mountains. Practical details such as the two zippered side pockets and an inner zippered pocket provide secure storage space for small items. Made in Myanmar, the jacket is designed for longer tours and can be reordered if required.
