Developed and tested in the Dolomites, designed for all speed hikingadventures on summer mountain days. Thanks to the highly breathable mesh fabric in the upper, feet stay pleasantly dry even in summer temperatures. For added flexibility and stability, the lightweight, knitted upper is reinforced with Salewa's SALEWA® 3F system with extremely tear and abrasion-resistant Kevlar® fibers. The patented 3F system connects the instep area with the sole and heel, guaranteeing a snug fit and secure hold with maximum freedom of movement. A lightweight, abrasion-resistant TPU coating protects particularly exposed areas from rocks and debris. With the additional Multi Fit Footbed (MFF+) insoles supplied, the Speed Hiking shoes can also be individually adapted to your own foot shape - which is particularly beneficial for narrow women's feet. From the city to the summit: The Pomoca™ Speed Hiker Pro outsole provides grip and stability on asphalt as well as on rocky and wet surfaces, while the S-Path tread design enables natural, smooth rolling on different terrains. Meanwhile, the lightweight EVA midsole provides cushioning and comfort - on the mountain and in the city. The Speed Hiking shoe is part of the SALEWA® Committed collection, in which products are manufactured according to independently audited environmental and social standards.
