With the Fanes Sarner Light Hybrid Jacket, Salewa combines alpine heritage with modern design: The hybrid women's jacket is made from recycled wool yarns and is manufactured using traditional craftsmanship. Cultural heritage of South Tyrol The Sarner knit construction is a very dense wool knitting technique from the South Tyrolean Sarntal. The traditional process creates soft fabrics that are resistant to wind and rain. The 400 gram lightweight Sarner Liteknit blend used here is spun, knitted and sewn in Italy according to Alpine tradition. It is made from a soft, hybrid AlpineWool® material blend in which recycled wool, viscose and polyamide are processed with elastane. We combine this functional material with lightweight, soft and cozy stretchwool fleeceinserts that contain recycled polyester and additional elastane.
