Our lightweight and durable Xenon 2.0 has been relaunched for the coming season with 100% recycled instead of virgin insulation and other materials made from postconsumerwaste. This insulated synthetic hooded jacket is ideal for year-round use in the mountains, from climbing and mountain biking to skiing and ski mountaineering.The Xenon 2.0 is insulated with quick-drying PrimaLoft® Silver material, a lightweight, water-repellent insulation material with a small pack size made from 100% recycled postconsumer plastic granulate (PETbottles). The ultra-soft fibers, which are finer than cashmere, are a resource-saving insulating alternative with high bulkiness. The jacket made from the weather-resistant, recycled Pertex® Quantum Ripstop outer material with DWR impregnation free from fluorocarbons (PFCs) is ideal for rough terrain. The lining is also made from a recycled Atmos™ material, making the new Xenon 2.0 the first choice in terms of sustainability.The jacket is herringbone quilted at the chest to increase its breathability; the non-quilted, flat insulation material on the shoulders provides better weather protection. It has two concealed slash pockets and a securityinner compartment that doubles as a stuff sack, and it packs down to a tiny size to stow in your backpack.Sustainability - it's complicated.
