We've put all of Rab's knowledge of greener design into what we know best. These durable synthetic sleeping bags are filled with 100% recycled Stratus™ insulation and have a robust 20D shell made from recycled Atmos™ material with ripstop. Not only are they hard-wearing, warm and reliable, they are also quick-drying and well equipped to withstand condensation or damp conditions.The Solar Eco 3 is made from a double-layer Stratus™ insulation material that is arranged in an accordion shape to trap warm air. The quilted elastic inner material nestles closer to the wearer with the inner lining and insulation, thus avoiding cold bridges. By quilting in places, the insulating lining is connected with as few quilting seams as possible to reduce the risk of cold bridges. Perfect for climbing tours, bivouac tents in the mountains and backpacking adventures in three seasons.The Solar Eco has a size-adjustable hood that can enclose the face tightly and prevents draughts, and an adjustable thermal collar that prevents body heat from escaping. The ¾-long zipper is equipped with an additional wind protection chamber along its entire length, which serves as an effective draught stopper with anti-tight fit protection. The wide mummy shape offers enough space for your most comfortable sleeping position and for extra layers of clothing if it gets unexpectedly cold at night. The women's sleeping bag is slightly shorter, narrower at the shoulders and slightly wider at the hips than the standard sleeping bag - for more warmth.sustainability - it's complicated.
