It is quick-drying and robust, hugging the shoulders perfectly where they may be exposed to changeable weather or have to withstand the pressure of heavy backpack straps.The robust, lightweight Pertex® Quantum outer material and ripstop lining are tear-resistant and abrasion-resistant on rock and ice. This 100% recycled material is impregnated fluorocarbon-free, repels light rain and snow, and the lightweight, sewn-through design not only minimizes weight, but also provides additional breathability. The slim fit, low volume and high compressibility ensure that the vest can be easily stowed in a backpack or worn as a layer under another garment.
