The Mythic models are all about as little weight as possible. The Mythic 400 is an extremely lightweight 3seasonsleeping bag. This sleeping bag belongs in the high mountains and is ideal for long alpine routes, multi-day climbing tours, trekking tours or bikepackingadventures.The sleeping bag weighs only 660 g and contains 400 g goose down with 900 cuin. The herringbone chamber construction stabilizes the down, optimizes body heat and requires less material than conventional horizontal chambers. The outer material is made from our own wind and water-repellent Atmos material. At just 7D with integrated ripstop, the sleeping bag is ultra-lightweight and super-durable. It has a narrow mummy shape, hardly any volume, lightweight zippers and zipper pullers. It comes with a lightweight, waterproof compression sack with a roll-top opening to protect against wind and weather and can be compressed to a small pack size on the go.The trapezoidal box wall chamber construction means that the down can puff out completely. This means that cold bridges have virtually no chance and warmth is maximized. It also has a width-adjustable thermal collar and a wind protection chamber inside along the zipper, both of which prevent heat from escaping to the outside. All Rab's down sleeping bags are filled by hand in the UK; the down is never compressed before use, so the down retains its loft and warmth.sustainability - it's complicated.
