Rab Expedition 8000 Mitts

Our expedition mittens were created for the most extreme terrain and weather conditions in the lowest temperatures - whether at 8,000 meters or at the polar caps. They offer our best thermal protection while being lightweight and flexible to wear.The mittens are filled with 850FP goose down on the back of the hand and double PrimaLoft® Gold insulation on the palm. Thus, they meet all the requirements for exceptional adventure. The outer material is made of weather-resistant Pertex® Quantum Pro fabric with a textured leather palm for a better grip and maximum finger strength and durability - ideal when you're dealing with ropes and ice axes. In high-wear areas, the mittens are reinforced with 70D nylon, and the lining is soft Pebble fleece.The mittens have flat cuffs that fit under or over jacket sleeves, as well as width-adjustable straps, one-hand adjustable drawcords and removable wrist straps.
