They are suitable for climbing different terrain in all seasons, have a slim cut and offer maximum freedom of movement.The Ascendor AS trousers made from robust, medium-weight Matrix™ softshell are a heavier version of the Ascendor Light for the summer months. They are suitable for all seasons, are breathable and warm in cold weather. The Ascendor AStrousers have a pre-shaped knee section and a long gusset in the crotch, both of which provide sufficient freedom of movement for a high hip curve or long crotch length. The high waistband is partially elasticated and sits comfortably under a shoulder strap; the trousers can also be secured with a belt or braces. These climbing trousers have two slit pockets with mesh lining, a thigh pocket with zipper for storing important items and reinforced inner leg cuffs to protect the lower legs.
