• Bike Stretch HC

  Bike Stretch HC is the most technical stretch material in the Maloja collection. The abbreviation HC stands for High Compression. The combination of 71% polyamide and 29% elastane and the tightly woven structure ensure a perfect fit and support muscle compression, which increases performance and shortens recovery time. Bike Stretch HC is very light, elastic, air-permeable and fast-drying and thus a highly functional material for bike shorts.

• 4 Way Stretch

  The material is transversely and longitudinally elastic and offers maximum freedom of movement.

• Bistretch Shammy

  The bi-stretch properties of our seat cushions ensure increased comfort due to their extreme stretchability.

• Flatlock Seams

  Overlock seams are durable and create a smooth, frictionless seam for optimal comfort.

• Foam shammy

  The seat cushion is equipped with perforated foam. This improves ventilation and moisture transport.

• High compression

  The product has seamless, fast-drying carriers, which has made it possible to reduce the amount of material and reduce friction.

• Legend S.A.T. Men

  Newly developed anatomically preformed S.A.T. seat cushion. The cushions were developed together with our Italian producer and the Maloja Pushbikers road team. The exclusive Shock Absorbing System provides maximum protection and absorbs 90% of the impact energy while reducing vibrations. In addition to the padding in the pelvic area, the pubic area has now been equipped with S.A.T. The design of the padding has also been fundamentally changed. The upper side has been flattened, resulting in less friction on the skin. In addition, the padding on the underside has been rebuilt. It is bi-elastic, seamless, antibacterial and offers maximum comfort even over long distances. A new, finer perforation offers the best moisture management. The Drytex outer fabric is pleasantly soft, quick-drying and has high breathability.

• Quick drying

  The material used is highly moisture-absorbent and quick-drying due to its construction.

• SAT Pad

  La Fonte Shock Absorption Technology is the result of technical research. The exclusive Shock Absorption System ensures maximum protection and neutralizes any negative vibration generated during the pressure on the floor, distributing the pressure. 90% of the energy generated by the pressure is evenly distributed on the whole pad, guaranteeing a long life of the product. Excellent resistance with constant compression. LF S.A.T. is synonymous with durability, softness, flexibility, lightness, mouldability and breathability.

• Seamless Shammy

  Our seat cushions have exclusively glued seams. Painful pressure points caused by conventional seams are therefore a thing of the past in the future.

• Siliconized Skin Strap

  The product has laser-cut terminations with an additional silicone coating.
