• LOWA® MULTI TRAC® KIDS

  The outsole of the DELAGO GTX LO JUNIOR SL is made of polyurethane (PU) and scores with an insert-optimized tread design. The combination of good damping behavior and lightness makes these soles ideal. The performance sole LOWA® MULTI TRAC® KIDS was designed for multifunctional outdoor use by the little adventurers. The triangular lug shape shows best properties uphill and downhill on different grounds. The abrasion-resistant flexible outsole scores with a pleasant rolling behavior and durability - even with many uses on asphalt.

• Gore-Tex

  Guaranteed weather protection, even in heavy rain and snow: The TORO PRO GTX MID Ws is equipped with a GORE-TEX membrane. This innovative technology ensures optimum waterproofness and breathability. Permanently waterproof The membrane is reliably waterproof. No matter what adventure you are planning, you can rely on the GORE-TEX technology to keep your feet pleasantly dry. High breathability Designed for optimized breathability, GORE-TEX shoes ensure pleasant comfort even during intensive activities. Water cannot penetrate, while water vapor can escape from the inside through the billions of pores in the GORE-TEX membrane. Windproof The GORE-TEX membrane reliably keeps wind and weather at bay. This means you can go on tours in any weather.

• DOUBLE INJECTION

  For effective cushioning and a high level of comfort, the sole of the TORO PRO GTX MID Ws is connected to the upper using a technically complex injection molding process. To do this, the upper shoe is placed in a specially manufactured mold. PU foam is then inserted into the mold in different layers. This creates the sole, which bonds directly with the upper to form a single unit. Lightweight The plastic used in this process is polyurethane. This is a very light foam material. Cushioning Polyurethane plastic is a foam that has very good cushioning properties. Even if the millions of small bubbles are frequently compressed, they still retain their shape and bounce back to their original state. This ensures a good rebound effect. A wide range of design options Direct injection molding means that the sole can be designed in a wide variety of ways. The versatile properties of the materials used allow the shoes to be used in a wide range of applications.

• SUPPORT FRAME

  In the TORO PRO GTX MID Ws model, the midsole in the form of the LOWA-MONOWRAP® frame ensures the best comfort. This is a three-dimensional midsole design that LOWA developed in 1995. This frame comfortably cradles the foot and supports it on uneven surfaces. In shoes with a SUPPORT FRAME, the sole construction is slightly raised.   The MERGER GTX JUNIOR VCR LO model is made using a special children's last. This is not just a smaller version of the adult last. The children's last is specially adapted to the anatomy of children's feet and reduced in volume. In addition, the height and width of various areas such as the heel, toe and instep are adjusted.
