The shoe offers a dry, snug fit that enables maximum performance. Extra stability in the forefoot area ensures precise edge feel while climbing. The highly abrasion-resistant upper features a single-layer construction that optimizes interior volume. Additional microfiber reinforcements and external TPU reinforcements increase abrasion resistance. The asymmetrical, approach-style lacing extends all the way to the toe and guarantees a perfect fit, while the rear section is reminiscent of the Mythos style and provides optimal heel support.
The protective rubber rand, inspired by climbing shoes, is made of PU-TECH Lite, and the innovative tongue design prevents foreign objects from entering. The sole system combines cushioning, double-compressed EVA in the heel with a stabilizer in the forefoot. A TPU layer acts as a climbing zone stabilizer and rock protection. The Vibram® MegaGrip and Idrogrip dual-compound rubber outsole offers a perfect balance of grip and durability, while the pronounced heel facilitates braking during descents and provides additional support during ascents.
