The water-resistant small Sock-Shield Gaiter™ prevents rocks and mud from getting in, and the Single Cord Lacing System speeds on and off with laces stowed in a small hidden pocket. The reinforcing Fusion Gate Technology structure is connected to the lacing system, providing structure and making it a close-fitting shoe with perfect volume regulation for a precise and secure run. The La Sportiva FriXion® rubber compounds are designed to provide footwear professionals with different levels of grip and durability depending on the type of use and the surface.The La Sportiva FriXion series consists of 5 rubber compounds, which are used in the field of mountain running and climbing.
EVA - INJECTED
The injected sole has high damping properties and elasticity of the material. These properties supported the forward impression during running and therefore these models are particularly suitable for off-road trails. Injected EVA midsoles reduce compression phenomena of the midsole, which can appear with advancing life and thus allow the material to maintain the same performance characteristics.
ICE GROUNDS
Rubber compound with integrated AT Grip Fixed Spikes for maximum grip.
