The hybrid construction features targeted inserts made from MerinoLOFT™ on the shoulders and front to insulate the body core and protect it from the elements. For insulation, we use Icebreakers innovative MerinoLOFT™, a sustainable and natural alternative to synthetic fillings, which has high bulk and is made from up to 10% recycled Merino. MerinoLOFT™ has a high level of thermal insulation, which remains intact even when exposed to moisture, and naturally regulates the body's climate. The side, back and sleeves are made of a thick knit quality that also ensures warmth and breathability. The offset shoulder seams ensure comfort and freedom of movement. In addition, the zipper pockets and the front zipper have a DWR coating.
