• Air comfort system

  The maximum ventilation provided by the Aircomfort mesh back system reduces fluid loss by up to 25% and thus ensures greater endurance through less strain on the circulation - scientifically tested by the renowned Hohenstein Institute.

• Active Comfort Fit

  For an optimal fit, the backpack should lie on the back as completely as possible. This is the only way to distribute the carrying weight evenly on the back. The Active-Comfort-Fit back system supports the carrying comfort with a dimensionally stable and padded construction.

• Round profile frame

  The round profile frame made of permanently elastic spring steel is characterised by its uncomplicated, light and flexible construction. Almost indestructible, it gives the net its fixed tension and transfers the load to the hip belt. Its pleasantly flexible carrying characteristics ensure freedom of movement and a perfect fit.

• Frontal zipper access

• Vari Flex System

  The moveable Vari Flex hip belt allows the effortless transport of medium loads, as it follows the movements of the wearer with ease. The ergonomically shaped fins made of bilaminate foam with PE reinforcement bring the load to the hips.

• adjustable chest strap

  An infinitely adjustable chest strap ensures that the rucksack is fixed to the shoulders.

• Rain cover

  A removable rain cover with its own storage compartment.

• Valuables pocket

  A special compartment on the inside of the backpack, for safe storage of valuables.

• Stretch inner compartment

• SOS label

  The label helps to keep a clear head in emergency situations with emergency numbers and alpine distress signals.

• Device for drinking system (3.0 litres)

  Enables the use of a drinking bladder. Compatible with all Deuter drinking systems up to a volume of 3 litres.

  Loops for fastening hiking poles.

• Ice axe holder

  Secure fixation for pickaxe / ice axe.

• Cover pocket

  The zippered pocket integrated in the lid allows access to the most important items.

• Position adjustment belt

  For individual adjustment of the load distribution on the shoulders. For more ventilation (loose) or for high stability (tightened).

• Pull-forward hip fins

  Allows easy and accurate adjustment of the backpack to the body.

• VariSlide system

  With the VariSlide system, the back length of the backpack can be easily adjusted to suit the carrier

• SL Women's Fit

  This model is available as SL version. The women-specific SL back length is already apparent in the back length: On average, women do not have quite as long a back as men. The carrying system on SL models is therefore slightly shorter than on Deuter's standard backpacks. In addition, the carrying system is specially adapted to the female anatomy.

• PFC Free

  High-performance materials with PFC-free dirt- and water-repellent impregnation: In order to ensure the water and dirt repellent properties, we use a DWR (Durable Water Repellency) coating that is harmless to health and environmentally friendly and completely dispenses with PFC. This special surface treatment causes water to roll off the outside of the textiles. This keeps the material dry and nature clean.
