Houdini: outdoor clothing in harmony with nature
Sustainable and high-quality outdoor and ski collections have always been at the centre of Houdini's focus. This season, the Swedish manufacturer has changed its brand message to further emphasise its commitment to the environment. Find out how Houdini wants to become a zero-impact company and which environmentally friendly collections await you in the current autumn/winter season.
Forward to nature
The new brand claim "Forward to nature" summarises the ideas behind every Houdini collection. The company's core values and priorities have not changed, but the focus has become clearer: the return to nature.
Houdini wants to re-establish the connection between man and nature by encouraging adventures in the great outdoors and creating garments that have as little impact on the environment as possible. The brand even wants to go beyond the so-called "zero-impact", where the environmental impact is barely measurable. Instead, Houdini's vision is a positive ecological footprint.
Houdini uses nature's circular systems and amazing solutions as a source of inspiration for its own innovations and technologies. The result is natural, recycled or recyclable materials, PFAS-free garments and durable collections that protect you as well as our planet.
Warm in autumn and winter
On grey, rainy and cold days, we want warmth and comfort. You'll find both in the Fall In parka series from Houdini, which is made from 100 per cent PFAS-free fabrics. Thanks to the choice of material, the parkas are much lighter and softer than comparable models, but still offer the necessary protection from wind and rain. Naturally, the parkas are both recycled and recyclable.
If it gets even colder, you can reach for the Double Dunfri jacket from Houdini. Insulated with 200 g Primaloft Rise, this model uses completely fair resources for the feathers. The blend of warmth, state-of-the-art performance and a clean, minimalist design make the jacket perfect for travelling, skiing holidays or your everyday life in autumn and winter.
Developed for better downhill runs
If you're going to conquer the slopes every winter, why not wear eco-friendly clothing? Houdini's breathable ski jackets and trousers combine functionality and comfort with PFAS-free, recycled, high-performance materials to give you the right garments for alpine skiing and ski touring.
The Rollercoaster range is made for warmth, comfort and freedom of movement and promises all the functions and features you expect from high-quality skiwear.
