The facts at a glance
POC Obex BC Mips
Versatile helmet with MIPS Evolve, NFC Medical ID, and adjustable ventilation for optimal protection and comfort.
The Obex BC Mips from POC is the ideal companion for freeskiing and ski touring. Equipped with the MIPS Evolve system, this helmet offers enhanced protection against rotational impacts, which is especially important during athletic activities in the snow. The innovative NFC Medical ID from twiceme® allows medical information to be accessed quickly and easily via smartphone in an emergency, while the RECCO® reflector makes it easier for emergency services to locate the wearer.
The helmet stands out for its well-thought-out design: A polycarbonate outer shell with an ABS top ensures stability and durability while remaining lightweight. Aramid inserts increase structural strength and provide additional impact protection. The EPS inner shell guarantees optimal protection with minimal weight, while the 360° adjustment system allows for a perfect fit without having to replace the padding.
Comfort is a top priority thanks to the adjustable ventilation and removable ear pads. Special goggle ventilation channels minimize fogging, and a flexible goggle clip ensures a secure fit. The integrated visor with Clarity by POC™ technology offers clear vision and is adjustable to four positions to adapt to different conditions. The helmet is available in eye-catching POCito colors that ensure better visibility.
