Tested and proven in the Dolomites, the Puez Aqua Pants offer reliable water protection during unexpected rain showers in the mountains. As soon as the storm has passed, the rain pants can also be quickly stowed away again in the backpack. Our 2.5-layer ripstop-fabric with waterproof Powertext®-membrane is made from 57% recycled materials. With a water column of 10,000 millimetres, the material is reliably waterproof: The water column describes the pressure required for water to penetrate the fabric. Nevertheless, the jacket remains extremely breathable at 10,000 g/m²/24h: This means that 10 liters of water vapour per square meter can evaporate within 24 hours - making the trousers comfortable to wear even during strenuous activities. The Puez Aqua Pants also feature fully taped seams and an additional durable water-repellent coating. The two zippered pockets provide space for small items during the tour without getting wet. Thanks to the comfortable, elasticated waistband and the long side zippers, the trousers can be pulled on quickly - and taken off and stowed away just as quickly. To meet the high social and ecological standards of the SALEWA® Committed collection, the Puez Aqua is made from recycled materials and has a PFC-free, permanently water-repellent DWR finish.
