The Pomoca Alpine Light outsole with its robust tread pattern offers optimum grip and traction on both rocky and wet, slippery surfaces. The cushioning EVA midsole ensures a high level of comfort, which is particularly noticeable on long mountain days. The ankle protection offers stability and protects against rock and scree, while the new Edging Plate 2 technology with a TPUinner shell ensures a perfect balance of flexibility and rigidity when climbing. A crampon-compatible heel stabilizer also provides improved grip on rocky terrain.
Salewa's 3F system increases stability in the heel area, and the Multi Fit Foodbed Plus (MFF+) enables individual adjustment for even more comfort. The robust nylon upper is reinforced with high-strength and abrasion-resistant TPU seams and a protective rubber rand. Despite this robust construction, the overall weight and material thickness have been kept as low as possible. An elastic gaiter prevents the ingress of dirt and small stones.
