The MS ALP Trainer 2 Mid GTX from Salewa is the ideal companion for demanding hikes and mountain tours. Equipped with a robust suede and stretch upper material as well as a waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex® Extended Comfort lining, this hiking boot offers reliable protection in a wide range of weather conditions and on a wide variety of terrain. A generous rubber rand provides additional protection against rock edges and debris, making it particularly durable.
Thanks to the patented 3F system, which includes a steel cable to stabilize the ankle and provide lateral support, and the Flex Collars, which allow more freedom of movement in the ankle area, the Alp Trainer 2 offers a precise fit and high wearing comfort. The SALEWA® Multi Fit Footbed Plus (MFF+) allows you to choose between different insoles to customize the shoe volume. The climbing shoelacing system also allows individual tightening up to the toes for optimum performance on technical terrain.
The Vibram® Alpine Hiking outsole, exclusive to SALEWA®, provides excellent grip and traction on a wide variety of mountain terrain. Special climbing, grip and braking zones as well as an aggressive lug design guarantee optimum grip even in wet and muddy conditions. With a single weight of just 552 g (size 8 UK), the Alp Trainer 2 is a lightweight, agile and comfortable shoe that is perfect for hiking in the high mountains.
