What makes this product special? Women's The Orange Tee is a progressive, ultra-lightweight shell garment designed for trail running and other activities where weather protection is needed without compromising weight or freedom of movement. The idea: you should always be able to carry it in your backpack, ready for sudden mountain weather. How does it work? From a layeringperspective, Women's The Orange Tee should allow you to use your other layers longer and more freely. When running, hiking or climbing long routes, you usually don't want to wear a full hardshell - but you need it as security. This shirt protects you from the worst, but in an incredibly lightweight and compact form. The short sleeves not only save weight, but also allow completely unrestricted movement. What functions does it have? Women's The Orange Tee is an ultra-minimalist concept. To minimize weight and volume, we have integrated only the essentials: A chest pocket and a half front zipper. That's it. The most important function is the concept itself and how it feels when worn. This is no ordinary shell jacket, but a new kind of ultra-lightweight suppleness that you hardly notice - and yet reliably protects the most important areas of the body. The relaxed fit allows for easy layering over a baselayer, windbreaker or even a midlayer in winter conditions. When should I wear it? Women's The Orange Tee is designed for endurance-oriented mountain sports where weight and packability are essential: trail running, alpinism or tradclimbing. You'll hardly notice it in your backpack, and it offers instant protectionwhen the weather changes. Women's The Orange Tee is made from recycled and recyclable polyester, enabling a fully circular product lifecycle. It is also free from toxic chemicals. When the garment is worn out, we ask you to return it to Houdini. Recycling stations are available in all Houdini stores and many retailers.

Care instructions
- Airing clothes instead of washing them saves water and energy and prolongs the life of the garment. Be careful to wash your shell if it has been used in salt water or has become very sweaty or dirty, as this will weaken the performance of the garment. This can reduce the breathability of the fabric and damage the water repellent surface. The dirt can even allow moisture to seep through the fabric.
- Use our wash bag to protect your clothes and prevent fibers from leaking out. When cleaning the bag and filter in the machine, make sure you clean it and throw the lint in the garbage can. Never rinse it in water as we don't want the fibers to end up in lakes or oceans.
- Machine wash cold
- There are special detergents for shells, but mild detergents certified as environmentally friendly work just as well. Use the right dose.
- Avoid fabric softener. Not only is it harmful to our environment, it also has a negative impact on the performance of clothing, especially moisture wicking and breathability.
- Hang the shell out to dry. Just remember to apply heat to the garment after washing to reactivate the water-repellent surface of the outer fabric. Use a drying cabinet, a dryer or an iron. Make sure that the heat is well dosed so that the garment does not melt.
- You can reapply or reinforce the water repellent treatment with a wash or spray if necessary. Always use an organic DWR: You can find both a spray and a wash-in in the webshop or in our stores.
- Remember to apply heat to the garment after washing to reactivate the water-repellent surface of the fabric.

This product is produced completely circularly. Means: It is made from either recycled and recyclable fibers. Most products in today's society have a linear life cycle where the earth's resources are extracted, used and then thrown away. This does not work in the long term and has a major impact on the environment. Instead, we want to close the production cycle and reuse materials we already have. But we need your help. If your Houdini clothing is completely worn out one day, please bring it back to us. We have recycling units in all Houdini stores and at many of our retailers.Recycled

How to measure
- 1. Sleeve length:The distance from top of shoulder joint to arm wrist. Angle the arm slightly and pass the tape through the elbow as well.
- 2. Chest:Measure the circumference at the widest part of the chest (under the armpits)
- 3. Waist:Measured the waist circumference below the navel. The measuring tape should not constrict the belly keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 4. Hips:Measure the hips circumference at the fullest part of the seat keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
