The cold insulation in accordance with DIN EN 344-1 provides reliable protection down to -15°C, so your feet stay warm even in icy temperatures. Individual volume adjustment is made possible by the removable tongue and the insole supplied, which adapts the boot to different foot shapes and the wearing of thick winter socks. The Vibram® Alpin sole is not only crampon-compatible, but also self-cleaning and insulating, which ensures a secure grip and maximum torsional rigidity on ice and rock.
