The Hanwag Abisko GTX is the ideal companion for extended winter outdoor activities, whether snowshoeing or on long trekking tours. With its sturdy construction made of leather and Cordura®, it offers protection and comfort, even under extreme conditions. The waterproof design, featuring a Gore-Tex membrane, guarantees dry feet, while the snow-tight gaiter at the shaft provides additional protection.
A special highlight of the Abisko GTX is the removable thermal liner, which provides cozy warmth thanks to its heat-reflective aluminum layer and insulating materials such as felt and fleece. This liner can also be used separately as a lodge shoe, making it particularly versatile. The high-grip IceGrip tread sole with glass particles offers excellent traction on icy surfaces, and the G-LOFT®FIT cold insulation keeps feet warm down to -45°C, as confirmed by independent institutes.
Weighing 2,080 g per pair in size 8 and featuring a practical lacing system that can be customized to fit, the Abisko GTX combines functionality and comfort. The ability to replace the soles extends the shoes’ lifespan, making them a reliable companion for many winter adventures.
