The Salathe Lite by Edelrid is a versatile helmet that’s ideal for activities such as hiking, climbing, mountaineering, high-altitude trekking, and ski touring. This unisex helmet stands out for its light weight and high level of comfort, which is ensured by the chin strap with side-mounted buckles. The ultralight EPP core provides excellent shock absorption and dimensional stability, while the minimalist adjustment system with adjustable straps ensures a secure fit and good ventilation.
Of particular note are the large ventilation openings, which ensure continuous air circulation and heat dissipation. The helmet is also equipped with a headlamp mount consisting of two clips in the front and an elastic strap in the back, making it particularly practical for nighttime excursions. The sturdy hard shell made of Curv® material offers additional protection against rockfall, while the ergonomic interior design with removable, washable padding ensures a comfortable fit.
