THE - Dolomite Anatomic System - is the construction system used to produce most of the models in the Dolomite collection. Its aim is to ensure that the internal shape of the footwear follows the anatomy of the foot itself as closely as possible, and to comply with the natural biomechanics of the foot. By keeping the impact of footstrike to a minimum and facilitating natural movements, extraordinary levels of comfort and safety can be achieved. DAS shoes are designed to meet the demands of different sporting activities, carefully balancing performance, comfort, lightness, reliability and sturdiness. The system comprises: ANATOMICAL LAST - The surfaces and volumes of DAS lasts reproduce the anatomy of the average human foot, creating a precision fit and superior comfort. ANATOMIC FOOTBED - The removable footbed provide the right support, improving stability by distributing body weight evenly and keeping the foot in a correct position. MOULDED MIDSOLE - The midsoles are molded to faithfully reproduce the anatomy of the last.
