- The Approach Down Hoody is a layer of clothing that can be worn over a shirt on cold multi-pitch routes or under a shell for ice climbing and winter temperatures in alpine terrain. The ultra-light nylon ripstop outer material of the Approach Hoody is equipped with the revolutionary Breathable Water Protection technology from Green Theme International. This is a PFC-free DWR coating that offers superior performance and durability compared to other DWR solutions. The insulation made from HyperDRYu2122 down with a fill power of 800 provides down-soft, highly compressible warmth that easily withstands bad weather. For transportation, the vest is packed in the left breast pocket and can be attached to the climbing harness using the integrated loop. The fit, design and size specifications have been completely revised for 2023.

How to measure
- 1. Collar circumference:Measured around the larynx. Measured at the level of the larynx. The tape should not constrict and must be passed around the neck horizontally.
- 2. Chest:Measure the circumference at the widest part of the chest (under the armpits)
- 3. Sleeve length:The distance from top of shoulder joint to arm wrist. Angle the arm slightly and pass the tape through the elbow as well.
