The new, improved side plate locking mechanism prevents lateral opening when ascending on the rope and ensures that the rope is not trapped between the side plate and cam, making the Ropeman 4 significantly more efficient and safer than comparable devices. Made from a lightweight and strong aluminum alloy and is designed for different rope diameters, also works with flat and tubular webbing slings and is compatible with HMS and oval carabiners.
