POWERRAIL
The Powerrail is a circumferential plastic rail that distributes the tension of the lacing evenly over the entire foot. On the other hand, it gives the entire shoe more support.
PROTECTIVE SHIELD
The hard-wearing material of the protective shield protects the sensitive knit area of the shoe. Together with the Powerrail, the shoe can be laced perfectly.
URBAN TRAIL SOLE
The sole design is inspired by the hoof of the ibex, nature's best climber. Even the smallest ledge is enough for the ibex to find a secure foothold. The secret behind it is the hooves: Der äußere Rand des Hufes ist aus hartem Horn gefertigt. Das gibt dem Tier einen sicheren Halt. Im Inneren des Hufs befinden sich weiche Fettpolster, die den Druck aufnehmen und wieder abgeben. Auch die äußere Schicht der Urban Trail-Sohle besteht aus härterem Gummi, um eine optimale Traktion und einen sicheren Halt zu gewährleisten. Der innere Teil ist aus weicherem Gummi. Dieser bietet optimalen Grip auf nassem Untergrund und dämpft gleichzeitig die Aufprallkräfte.
Zweiteiliger Vorderfuß
In Anlehnung an die Hufform von Paarhufern ist der vordere Teil der Sohle zweigeteilt. Dadurch erhält der Fuß mehr Flexibilität für eine optimale Kraftübertragung.
Geschlossene Hufferse
Die größten Druckkräfte treten an der Ferse auf. Aus diesem Grund ist der Trachtenbereich der Sohle dem Pferdehuf nachempfunden. Dadurch wird der Druck gleichmäßig auf das Trachtenbein verteilt.
