An outstanding feature of the Sulfur MS is the ARCH GRIP technology, which is positioned in the middle of the outsole and provides additional grip on slippery surfaces. The flat climbing zone at the tip of the sole increases precision and power when climbing, making it the perfect choice for steeper rock faces. The Vibram® Megagrip™ outsole also offers unparalleled grip on dry and wet surfaces and is part of Vibram's "Repair If You Care" project, which enables re-soling.
The shoe impresses with its AST - Adaptive Shape Technology, which adapts perfectly to any foot shape thanks to adaptive memory foams and preformed thermoplastic inserts. This technology, together with the anatomically shaped Ortholite® footbed, ensures outstanding comfort and performance. The Edge Frame technology over the midsole provides the necessary stiffness for climbing passages, while the crossed Cut-Out arrangements allow flexibility when walking. The midsole with different densities and the softer EVAcomponent at the heel provide optimal cushioning and ground adaptation, which enables longer hikes with greater comfort.
