The Spark Speed S GTX from Tecnica is the ideal companion for anyone who doesn't want to compromise when hiking and speed hiking. This unisex lightweight hiking boot impresses with its propulsive cushioning, which has been specially developed around an anatomical last to ensure a sporty fit. The innovative Impulso midsole technology with a Pebax® insert in the mid and forefoot area ensures dynamic and responsive movement.
Thanks to the Gore-Tex® Invisible Fit membrane, your feet stay dry and comfortable in any weather, while the windproof material offers additional protection. The TPU foil upper, laminated to a polyamide mesh, protects critical areas such as the heel and toe cap from wear and tear. The external EVA-Exoshell frame provides additional protection from rocks and debris and increases the durability of the shoe.
The Vibram® Megagrip sole guarantees unparalleled grip on dry and wet surfaces and adapts perfectly to different ground conditions. The comfort is complemented by the anatomically shaped Ortholite® footbed, which ensures excellent breathability and long-lasting comfort. A practical back loop makes it easier to put on and take off the shoes and allows them to be attached to a rucksack or climbing harness.

The Spark Speed was developed around an activity-specific anatomical last to meet the ergonomic and biometric requirements of fast hikers. The shoe has a moderately snug and agile fit to meet the demands of sportier, more demanding speed hiking.STABLE FOOT SUPPORT
The Pebax® foam plate of the Impulso technology sits in a balanced EVA midsole geometry, providing a lightweight, durable base that supports the foot during intense fast hiking and maintains the lateral stability of the shoe during fast downhill movements or on uneven terrain. Furthermore, the V-shaped ESS plate at the midfoot provides greater torsional stability and helps to prevent ankle injuries.RESPONSIVE CUSHIONING
The midsole area features Tecnica's exclusive Impulso technology, which combines the benefits of a high-rebound EVA midsole and a full-length Pebax® foam plate in the midfoot and forefoot. The result is a dynamic and propulsive gait with balanced cushioning, agile performance with a smooth and fast transition and a reactive toe-off on the hard climb to the summit.
