A special highlight is the SOFT BACK COLLAR, which offers the ankle more freedom of movement when descending and thus ensures a natural and healthy stride. The BACKLOOP loop not only makes it easier to put on and take off, but also allows you to attach the shoes to your rucksack or climbing harness. Additional comfort is provided by the highly breathable and anatomically shaped Ortholite® footbed, which guarantees long-lasting comfort.
The robust TECNIGRIP outsole is specially designed for winter conditions and offers maximum traction on snow and mud. This means you are safe on the move even in challenging terrain. The Forge Hike GTX WS combines lightness with balanced cushioning, so you can be comfortable all day long.

ALL-DAY HIKING COMFORT
To provide all-day comfort, the Forge Hike has a soft mono density EVA midsole that absorbs shock and cushions the foot on uneven mountainous terrain. The midsole geometry was developed in line with the Superhike outsole with Tecnigrip_x0002_compound for a natural, effortless feel. The anatomical upper and knitted tongue provide additional comfort in sensitive areas.
SPECIFIC HIKING FIT
The Forge Hike benefits from Tecnica's exclusive AST technology - Adaptive Shape Technology, which has been developed around an activity-specific anatomical last. As a result, the shoe fits like a glove and holds the forefoot and heel firmly in place when hiking on trails and technically demanding terrain.
