The Cape XL from Tatonka is the ideal companion for anyone who doesn’t want to go without rain protection during their outdoor adventures. This large rain cape in size XL not only offers comprehensive protection from the rain, but also features an integrated backpack rain cover. Thanks to the zippered expansion, even a trekking backpack with a maximum width of 43 cm fits easily under the cape.
With a water column rating of 1,500, you’ll stay dry even in heavy rain. The hood features a visor and an adjustable drawstring with cord locks to provide optimal protection in wind and weather. All key seams of the cape are taped to prevent water from seeping in. The storm flap provides additional comfort by preventing the cape from riding up in strong winds.
The cape is unisex and is perfect for activities such as hiking, trekking, and traveling. With a packed size of Ø 11 x 25 cm, it can be easily stowed and transported in the included protective pouch. The PFC/PFAS-free water-repellent treatment rounds out the package by providing a water-repellent surface without resorting to environmentally harmful chemicals.
