Solution Dyed
In solution dyeing, the dye is added to the liquid polymer before the fiber is extruded. The advantage of this technology is that it significantly reduces energy and water consumption as well as C0₂ emissions. With solution dyeing, the color runs throughout the yarn and not just on the surface as with conventional dyeing. This is easy to imagine if you think of the cross-section of a carrot (dyed throughout) compared to a radish (only dyed on the outside). Solution-dyed colors may not be quite as intense, but they also don't fade like conventionally dyed materials.RCS Recycled Fabric

Dadurch wird aus dem Einwegventil zum Aufblasen ein Einwegventil zum Ablassen der Luft - so wird verhindert, dass sich die Matte beim Zusammenrollen mit Luft vollsaugt.
