The Rush Polar GTX from Scarpa is the ideal companion for demanding winter hikes. Thanks to the Gore-Tex® membrane, the shoe is completely waterproof, so your feet stay dry even in wet weather. The Primaloft insulation ensures cosy warmth, even in icy temperatures, while the IKS technology (Interactive Kinetic System) minimizes foot fatigue and ensures even pressure distribution.
The deep sole profile of the Rush Polar GTX offers excellent grip on slippery surfaces such as snow and ice, making it the perfect boot for winter adventures. The high shaft prevents snow from penetrating and is compatible with snowshoes, so you are safe even in deep snow. In addition, the ingenious lacing system with a pronounced depth pull offers precise adjustment and a secure hold to position your feet optimally with every step.
A robust scree guard protects the feet from external influences and ensures additional durability of the shoe. The Presa® TRK-02 sole is made of a SUPERGUM W compound that performs very well in winter conditions and offers grip even on icy and snowy terrain. The heel and toe caps are pronounced to promote braking on descents and grip on ascents. The IKS (Interactive Kinetic System) technology, characterized by 7 shock-absorbing areas (domes), progressively and specifically supports the weight of our body during our activities in the mountains.
