The Instinct VS by Scarpa is an outstanding climbing shoe that has been specially developed for demanding climbing activities. With its microfiber and leather upper, consisting of six carefully stitched sections, it offers a perfect fit that gently hugs the foot and avoids pressure points. This design ensures optimum comfort and allows climbers to concentrate fully on their performance.
Thanks to the innovative Bi-Tension system in the midfoot area, the Instinct VS offers an excellent balance between support and flexibility. The Flexan midsole effectively supports the foot when standing on small footholds and ensures precise power transmission thanks to the moderately asymmetrical shape, medium downturn and moderate toe box. These features make the shoe ideal for precise footholds and challenging climbing routes.
The Vibram® XS Grip2 rubber layer on the heel and the Toe patch in the toe area offer exceptional hooking properties that provide support even during the most difficult movements. In addition, the Vibram® XS Edge sole rubber provides excellent grip and support on the smallest footholds, making the Instinct VS an indispensable companion for every climber.
