Weighing just 396 g per shoe, the MTN Trainer 2 not only offers lightness, but also an excellent fit thanks to the special women's last construction. The molded heel caps prevent slipping on descents and increase stability, while the PU midsole provides long-lasting shock absorption. The 360° rubber rand protects against abrasion and makes the shoe particularly resistant on rocky ground.
The Vibram outsole is equipped with self-cleaning notches and deep lugs that ensure optimum grip on all surfaces - from rocks and scree to soft ground such as mud or grass. Especially for via ferratas, the profile in front of the heel offers improved grip on ice slabs. Salewa's 3F system guarantees flexibility, comfort and support, while the OrthoLite foam footbed and climbing shoelacing system ensure adaptability in both technical and recreational terrain.
