Salewa Sella Durastretch M Light Pants
The vast high plateau of the Sella Massif, with its intricate network of slopes, gorges, and open snowfields, is the heart of the Dolomites. The Sella Durastretch Light Pants were designed for fast ski tourers who want lightweight softshell performance and full freedom of movement. The 188-gram Durastretch fabric (66% polyamide, 23% polyester, 11% spandex) wicks away excess heat and moisture and promotes natural thermoregulation, while still providing the necessary protection for winter use. In addition, they feature a PFC-free DWR (durable water-repellent) coating that maintains breathability by preventing the fabric from becoming saturated. They have a close-fitting cut and a flat waistband with an integrated drawcord, making them easy to wear under a climbing harness. These pants also feature two zippered pockets, as well as generous edge and crampon protection, a snow skirt, a fully elastic hem with internal silicone grippers, and zippers at the leg ends that ensure a snug fit over both mountaineering boots and ski touring boots. The Sella Durastretch Light pants are a Salewa Committed model—in addition to their PFC-free DWR coating, they are manufactured according to strict, independently verified environmental and social standards. How to measure
- 1. Height:Stand up straight with your feet and back against a wall. Place a flat object (e.g. book) on your head and hold it horizontally against the wall. Now you can measure from the bottom edge of the object to the floor.
- 2. Waist:Measured the waist circumference below the navel. The measuring tape should not constrict the belly keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 3. Hips:Measure the hips circumference at the fullest part of the seat keeping the tape horizontal around the body.
- 4. Inseam length:Measured on the inside of the leg from the crotch to below the ankle.
