We combine the Sarner knit construction with modern, hybrid designs and innovative manufacturing techniques. The hooded jacket uses undyed wool from Tyrolean mountain sheep as well as fine merino wool and is combined with a viscosejerseylining. Thanks to the dense knit construction and the high lanolin content, also known as wool wax, the jacket boasts natural, temperature-regulating properties. It keeps you warm while protecting you from the wind and light rain.
In Val Sarentino, one of the longest valleys in South Tyrol, there is a long tradition of processing wool and producing warm clothing, some of which is still made by hand. The Sarner Undyed Wool hooded jacket uses local wool from South Tyrolean mountain sheep, which is also blended with fine merino fibers.
