The Dry Back Contact carrying system of the Ortles Wall 32 has a padded EVA back section with 3D ventilation channels that promote air circulation and breathability on the back. This keeps your back dry and avoids the risk of overcooling. The flat, split shoulder straps keep the backpack close to the body and offer maximum freedom of movement. With a roll-top closure, a side zipper and a separate front compartment with a water-repellent zipper, the backpack allows quick and easy access to your gear.
The Ortles Wall 32 is equipped with a variety of practical features: load control and side compression straps, a rope strap with magnetic closure and attachment options for trekking poles and ice axes. It also offers detachable straps for diagonal ski fixation and an outlet for a hydration system. The chest strap buckle with signal whistle and reflective prints provide additional safety. By removing the internal stabilization plate (ISB) and the padding of the hip belt, you can save additional weight.
For sustainable production, Salewa uses high-strength, durable and abrasion-resistant REGEN ROBIC®, which is 60% more tear-resistant than standard nylon and is made from 100% recycled fibers.
