Salewa Cristallo Warm AMR M T-Shirt - Unisex's technical base layer

The Cristallo is Salewa’s short-sleeved, warm, moisture-wicking, and skin-friendly winter base layer. It naturally inhibits odor and is perfect for intense days in the mountains. It takes its name from Monte Cristallo, the striking mountain northeast of Cortina d’Ampezzo. Moisture-wicking, thermoregulating, comfortable: The Alpine Merino Responsive fabric is a hybrid blend consisting of 78% merino wool and 22% polyamide. It wicks moisture away from the body and dries quickly. The synthetic fibers are enhanced with Salewa’s patented Responsive technology. It is based on a special blend of natural, thermoreactive minerals that recycle the body’s far-infrared (FIR) energy and slowly release it back into the body. This leads to improved performance and faster recovery, while also keeping you warm longer. These benefits last for the entire lifespan of the fabric, as Responsive is an integral part of the fabric and does not wash out. Innovative knit construction: The Cristallo is manufactured using a special knitting process in which a superfine merino yarn is spun around a nylon core. This process not only makes the resulting fiber stronger and fluffier, but also 30% lighter than comparable base layer fibers. In addition, the high polyamide content improves its durability and stretch properties. The base layer features a close-fitting design with a crew neck and an integrated gusset under the arms for greater freedom of movement. It is also completely free of irritating seams.
