The reflective TILT film in the insulation layer reduces heat loss through radiation and the Stratus™ R insulation traps air so there is less heat loss through convection. So even when temperatures drop, you can rest and recharge your batteries for the following day.The downward-tapered mummy shape keeps weight down and brings pack size to a minimum. The oversized outer chambers serve to keep you centered on the mat, and the soft material with grippy textured print keeps the sleeping bag from shifting during the night. With a low-profile two-button valve and a convenient pump bag, inflation and deflation are a breeze.The Ionosphere 5 mat is made with 100% recycled insulation, recycled fabric, and a fluorocarbon-free DWR coating. So with its excellent warmth-to-weight ratio, nothing can stop you.
