Made from robust, medium-weight Matrix™ softshell material, the Ascendor AS Pants offer outstanding breathability and thermal insulation. The pre-shaped knee section and the long gusset in the crotch ensure optimum freedom of movement, even when taking big hip swings or long strides. The high, partially elasticated waistband with double press studs and YKK zipper ensures a comfortable fit that won't pinch under a harness. Belt and suspenders loops also provide additional support options.
The pants are equipped with two YKK® zippered pockets with mesh lining, a thigh pocket and a rear zippered pocket that offer enough space for important items. Reinforced inner leg cuffs and hems increase durability, while the zipper at the ankle allows the hem to be adjusted depending on the footwear - from trailrunning shoes to winter climbing shoes.
