Osprey Tropos 32
Versatile daypack with laptop compartment, ideal for everyday use and leisure, with outdoor comfort and well thought-out organization.
The Tropos 32 from Osprey is the ideal companion for all those who want to be well organized in everyday life, when hiking or in their free time. This versatile daypack not only offers a separate, padded laptop compartment for devices up to 17 inches, but also numerous organizational compartments so that everything important is always within reach. Whether on the way to work or on a hike - the AirSpeed® back panel ensures excellent ventilation and high wearing comfort, while the BioStretch shoulder straps made of mesh-covered, die-cut foam provide additional support and comfort.
The two elastic meshbottle holders and the slide-in compartment on the front are particularly practical, allowing quick access to drinks and other important items. A scratch-resistant zippered compartment protects sensitive items and the flashing light loop offers safety in low light conditions, even if the light is not included. The integrated kickstand prevents the backpack from tipping over and makes loading and unloading easier.
The Tropos 32 impresses with its outdoor suitability without compromising on everyday practicality. It is available in different sizes and is made from durable, recycled and bluesign®-certified materials that combine environmental awareness and quality. Whether in the city or in the countryside, this backpack is ready for any challenge.

Osprey Tropos 32
Laptop kept separate
32 l | 17 Zoll
The essentials
- ✓A good fit if you want to reach your laptop separately from the main luggage
- ✓A good fit if you need a backpack that stands on its own while packing
- –Less so if you need confirmed space for your large laptop: the inch limit is stated inconsistently.
What is it for?
Our take
With the Tropos 32, you open the padded laptop compartment separately from the rest of your gear. The 32 litres give you room for a working day with extra equipment. The fold-out stand keeps the backpack upright while loading and unloading.
