The Oakley ARO5 Race EU helmet is specifically designed for cyclists seeking peak performance and maximum breathability. With its aerodynamic design and 19 strategically placed vents, the helmet ensures optimal airflow and significantly increases breathability. Thanks to the Mips® Air safety system, the rotational movement of the head is reduced, which improves protection in the event of a fall. The helmet is made of lightweight nylon and features the innovative BOA 360° fit system, which enables a perfect fit and secure fit.
The ARO5 Race is not only lighter than its predecessor, but also offers better balance and improved adaptation to the shape of the head thanks to its redesigned shell and internal modifications. The antimicrobial Ionic+™ liner ensures freshness and prevents unpleasant odors, while the Unobtainium® grippers on the vents allow you to keep your goggles safe. A special highlight is the brandingbadge with Iridium® coating, which picks up on the Prizm™ lens colors of Oakley eyewear and turns the helmet into a stylish accessory.
The ARO5 Race is available in the sizes small (52-56cm), medium (54-58cm) and large (56-60cm) and meets the safety certifications CPSC 1203, EN1078 and ANZ2063. A helmet bag and Oakley stickers are included so that the helmet can be transported safely and stylishly. Whether for intensive training rides or competitions, the ARO5 Race offers the decisive advantage to leave the competition behind.

FIT FORM: The BOA 360° fit system features an adjustable dial that ensures a secure fit and maximizes safety. General improvements to the shell shape ensure that the ARO5 Race offers better balance thanks to its lower fit on the head and adapts better to the contours of the head.
LOW WEIGHT: The ARO5 Race is lighter than its predecessor, the ARO5, thanks to a redesigned shell and other internal modifications.
PROTECTION: The Mips® Air safety system is a low-friction layer integrated into the helmet that has been developed to reduce the rotational movement of the head and thus reduce the damaging forces that could otherwise act on the rider's head.
VENTILATION: The ARO5 Race has newly designed ventilation openings at the front and top, which significantly increase airflow and breathability. There are a total of 19 ventilation openings in the upper, side and rear areas.
INNER LINING: The antimicrobial Ionic+ ™ inner lining is activated by perspiration, ensures freshness and prevents odors.
GLASSES STORAGE: The ventilation openings at the front provide space to stow your goggles comfortably. Unobtainium® grippers hold the temples in place, while cut-outs in the foam on the inside of the helmet prevent the temples from injuring the wearer's head in the event of an impact, creating an easy and intuitive storage location for goggles.
DESIGN: The ARO5 Race features a branded badge with Iiridium® coating that echoes the Prizm™ lens colors of Oakley eyewear. Each helmet color has a unique badge color, all celebrating the distinctive heritage of Oakley eyewear.
