The MAGMA XC Rock from Northwave is the ideal companion for cyclists and mountain bikers who don’t want to give up their passion even during the cold fall and winter months. This highly functional shoe is specifically designed for use in extreme temperatures and offers excellent thermal insulation and breathability thanks to its 200 g Primaloft® Gold insulation and ECO-ISO padding made from recycled materials. Even in freezing temperatures, your feet will stay comfortably warm and dry, thanks to an additional lining.
Power is efficiently transferred through the reinforced Jaws Carbon sole, which boasts a stiffness index of 8.0. The natural rubber heel area guarantees excellent grip on any surface, providing added safety. The forefoot is reinforced with TPU to ensure maximum durability.
Another highlight is the SLW2 twist-lock system, which ensures a simple and consistent fit. It is the only system of its kind that uses a micro-step locking mechanism to allow for millimeter-precise adjustment of the boot. The integrated heel cup with directional fiber lining prevents unwanted heel slippage, while the Arctic 4Layer insole, together with the Lasting Board Thermal Shield, ensures optimal thermal insulation.
