The Shelterstone Mens Jacket from Mountain Equipment is the perfect choice for demanding weather conditions and real winter weather. With its 100% recycled POLARLOFT® insulation (115g/m²), it offers excellent thermal insulation, while the bluesign® certified DRLITE® Loft 40D outer material with PFC-free DWR coating is completely windproof and highly water-repellent. This jacket is ideal for activities such as climbing, ski touring or hiking and provides reliable protection against wind and weather.
The Shelterstone Jacket is equipped with an adjustable, helmet-compatible mountain hood that offers additional protection. The mountain fit with pre-shaped sleeves ensures optimum freedom of movement and comfort. The 2-way front zipper from YKK® with insulated cover strip ensures easy handling and additional thermal insulation. Two zippered side pockets with additional 60g/m² POLARLOFT® filling and a chest pocket provide ample storage space for important items.
Inside the jacket, there is a large meshinside pocket and a zippered valuables pocket that provide additional storage space and security. The adjustable cuffs and drawstrings at the waist allow for an individual fit and optimal fit. With a weight of just 600g (21.2oz) and a small pack size, the Shelterstone Jacket fits easily into any backpack.

- 1. Chest:Measure the circumference at the widest part of the chest (under the armpits)
