The facts at a glance
MET Estro Mips
The MET Estro MIPS is the ideal companion for anyone who values safety and comfort while climbing, cycling, road biking, or mountain biking. The sturdy in-mold polycarbonate shell with an EPS liner ensures increased durability and offers comprehensive protection. Of particular note is the MIPS® C2 Brain Protection System, which provides additional protection in certain types of falls and dissipates harmful rotational forces.
With 26 strategically placed ventilation openings and a sophisticated internal air duct system, this helmet offers excellent ventilation that ensures comfort even at low speeds. The expanded head coverage provides additional protection for sensitive areas such as the back of the head and the temples.
The MET Safe-T Upsilon Fit System allows for a custom fit thanks to its 360° wrap-around headband and vertical adjustment options. The Air Lite straps and hand-washable comfort pads contribute to a comfortable fit. Convenient goggle ports and reflective stickers for improved visibility round out the helmet’s functional features.

- Construction:
- In-mold construction with a polycarbonate outer shell and an EPS inner shell
- GREATER HEAD COVERAGE:
- The enlarged head cover ensures a higher level of safety around the two most sensitive areas of the brain: the back of the head and the temples. The shell is also fully covered with polycarbonate, which makes it more resistant and protects the EPS surfaces.
- GLASSES-PORTS:
- The front of the helmet has two special goggle ports. These hold the sunglasses securely on the helmet during long climbs and coffee breaks.
- VENTILATION:
- Comfortable like our top-of-the-range model, its design is largely open to maximize ventilation at low speeds. 26 vents u2013 including 17 intake and 9 exhaust vents u2013 all work in synergy with the internal, balanced system of air ducts to ensure maximum ventilation.
- COMFORT:
- In addition to its excellent ventilation, the Estro Mips is also extremely comfortable. The 360° circumferential headband of the MET Safe-T Upsilon Fit System creates no pressure points on the head and its internal shape is suitable for almost all head shapes, whether round or more oval.
- MIPSu00ae PROTECTION SYSTEM:
- The MIPS head protection system enables the MET Estro Mips to slide over the head in the event of a fall to deflect harmful rotational movements. MIPS is a safety system that was developed to give the standard construction of helmets more protection in certain crashes. The MIPS Brain Protection System (BPS) is placed inside the helmet between the comfort padding and the EPS.
